Welcome to Hill Country Livestock Raisers Association



Hill Country Livestock Raisers Association Board of Directors began on March 22, 1951. The Secretary of State Dean Acheson approved the Articles of Incorporation of the Hill Country Livestock Raisers Association on April 9, 1951.

The Hill Country Livestock Raisers Association is formed to promote the welfare of the livestock and wildlife industry in the State of Texas and in the United States, with an acute emphasis on the country in and around Llano County, Texas.

The purpose for HCLRA is mutual protection of its members, cultivate a more fraternal feeling among livestock and wildlife land owners and facilitate agricultural education in the Texas Hill Country.
